Free parking behind the home or on the street. 

We use self-checkin and have a Schlage keypad on the door.  Additional information will be sent on the day of checkin. 

Kitchen has all the basics for making your own meals.  Coffee is provided and a coffee maker as well as a tea kettle are in the unit.   Electric stove/oven, microwave are available for cooking.   Your home away from home. 

Located in the heart of Murrayhill.  Within walking distance to Moonriver Pizza, Dreamette, etc.

There is a front and (smaller) back porch.  Private entrances from either direction.  The front porch has 2 chairs and a table so could easily be used for morning coffee, evening cocktail or a place to eat your meal if you want to be outside. 

There are outside security cameras for the front entrance and the back parking area.  There is a security gate that can optionally be used if you would like additional security. 

We allow a single pet but need to know the type/breed.  The fee is typically $25 per pet per night but can be adjusted for longer stays. 

Smart Roku TV which allows you to stream any services you'd like. 

I (Kathryn or Kat) work together with my husband Geoff.  We manage short term rentals, rehab and flip houses and generally have fun as a team.  We just started using Houfy so we can book our places directly and save both us and our guests some fees. 

Located in a suburban neighborhood.  Great front porch for watching the quiet neighborhood.
